To Members and Visitors
As of Feb 2009, BOBW will no longer regular schedule events or offer any more memberships. We are wholly dependent on volunteers to run the site (including myself) but lately, we, volunteers simply do not have anymore time or resources. I am pursuing full-time graduate studies in the fall for at least 2 years and can not run membership, administrative and website duties during this time.
I believe that many women benefit from a club such as BOBW so this community forum will continue to exist in its current form. We will allow guests (bicurious or bisexual women) to advertise your events on the board in exchange for a donation of $10 per event, payable by Paypal. This money will be go towards the hosting cost of the site.
I hope the site will continue to be used and the community continues to grow. Perhaps in the future, other volunteers or I may have time to devote to this project again. |
